Self Service Carolina (Banner) has been restored and is now available. If you process data in Banner, please review all transactional data from Friday, August 7 between 1:30 and 5 p.m. to ensure all information was properly restored. If you continue to experience issues accessing Self Service Carolina or note a data concern, please contact the IT Service Desk for assistance at 803-777-1800 or sc.edu/IThelp.
Trouble logging in?
Students, faculty, staff and affiliates:- Use your network username.
- This is the first portion of your official university email address (before @mailbox.sc.edu or @email.sc.edu).
- Use your VIPID.
- This is the eight-digit number you were assigned when applying for admission or for financial aid.
Continuing education students, non-USC users and non-traditional learning management system users should use their Blackboard Auxiliary ID.
For security reasons, please log out and exit your web browser when you are finished accessing services that require authentication.
Access denied?
If you receive an ACCESS DENIED message, please visit myaccount.sc.edu and click the Account Settings field to setup multifactor authentication.Step-by-step help to set up multifactor authentication can be found on DoIT’s website.
